Making an Appointment

Appointments are required for all consultations. Urgent cases will always be given priority.
Please tell the receptionist if you think you may require a longer appointment.

Some examples where you will need to book a longer appointment:

• General health check-ups • Insurance medicals • Women's health checks
• Counselling • Complex health problems

Please tell the receptionist if you think your problem requires urgent attention - please be aware that the receptionist may need to ask you further questions to provide the appropriate level of care.

If you think you may have an infectious disease - for example, chicken pox, flu or gastroenteritis - please tell the receptionist when you make the appointment and on arrival so that the appropriate precautions can be taken.

If the practice suspects a localised outbreak of an infectious disease the receptionist may be required to ask you further questions regarding your symptoms.
