Patients will always be given the doctor of their choice when available. If the doctor of your choice in not available, another doctor will be offered.
All doctors at this practice have shared access to all patient files to enable continuity of care. If the doctor of your choice is not available i.e. fully booked or not working that day, the next available appointment with that doctor will be offered. If this is not suitable or the problem is urgent another doctor will be offered according to the urgency of the problem.
Please tell the receptionist if you think your problem requires urgent attention. Please be aware that the receptionist may need to ask you further questions to provide the appropriate level of care.
